It’s officially ONE WEEK UNTIL HALLOWEEN.
Today in LA College of Creative Arts we were set free and able to let our imaginations run wild whilst we completed a Halloween look of our choice on each other. The variety was amazing and some girls really went all out! My look was a mermaid/water nymph inspired, ‘creature’ using face paints, eye shadows, fake lashes and small crystals.
My face (canvas) however turned out to be a googly-eyed, spider inspired masterpiece, done by the very talented Clodagh Power.

Today also marked the last day before we go on Halloween break for little over a week. It was a great way to spend the last day as our creative juices flowed and we were taken onto Grafton Street with our tutors to show off the college’s skills to the public. We got a lot of funny looks but more so ‘Oohs’ and ‘Aahs’ and when we stopped for pictures, it felt like we were famous as the public surrounding played paparazzi to us for a few minutes.
Days like today remind me why I love the MUA lifestyle – looking forward to returning after break!
